I can’t wait for the book. One question, and maybe the book develops this but, in the video it is mentioned that there is a separation between heaven and earth due to our sin, etc. and it goes from there. What I don’t see is a mention of the devil and his role in all this and of, course, hell. Is this discussed in the book? Any thoughts? Thanks, X Reply October 14, 2014 Joshua Ryan Butler Thanks so much! That is a great question and yes, definitely, the book goes into more detail on this. See particularly Chapter 10 “The Servant at the Center” and the Interlude “The Spirit of Empire” for the most detailed discussion where I “give the devil his due,” so to speak. 🙂 Thanks so much for the interaction and interest in the book! Reply February 28, 2016 Mat I often believe that I have been such a disppeointmant. But, know that when God sees me he sees Jesus. But, here is what I often think about. If God sees Jesus who died for all of our sins, what does Jesus see when he looks down on earth. I try so very hard to be a good person and when I try really hard, I fail. But, when I run to Jesus to say I am sorry, he holds out his arms takes me into a tight hug and tells me it is okay. Go try again but, let me help you. Each day is better than the day before.
